General penalty provisions
Section187 of the Road Transport (General) Act 2005 (NSW) provides the court with the power to order the disqualification of a person convicted of an offence under the road transport legislation from holding a licence for such a period as the court specifies. Any disqualification under this section is in addition to any penalty imposed for the offence itself.
