In the event you have paid money into our trust account for these costs and disbursements, then unless you object, we intend to withdraw money from your trust ledger and apply the same towards payment of this bill of costs or part thereof, at the expiration of 7 days from the date of this bill. Any objections must be stated in writing.
Interest
Interest may be charged at the rate of 2% above the Reserve Bank of Australia Cash Target Rate current at the time the bill of costs is issued as prescribed by Clause 110A of the Legal Profession Regulation 2005 on any bill of costs which remains unpaid after 30 days.
