Guilty Pleas

What happens if I plead guilty?

If, after recieving solid legal advice, you decide to enter a plea of guilty to the charges, you will be required to attend Court for sentencing.

It is important that your case and circumstances are presented to the Court in the best possible light in order to acheive the best outcome for you.

This may be done by instructing a solicitor to negotiate with the Prosecution to amend the facts or the charges, arranging for a useful character reference, enrolling in appropriate courses or proactively engaging in counselling. Each may be relevant depending on the matter.
